Make your Will Online

for free with Seafarers UK's partners, Bequeathed

We are pleased to launch a new offering through our partnership with Bequeathed, enabling you to create your Will online and access legal advice from Bequeathed accredited firms of solicitors over the telephone, giving you access to affordable Will-writing and expert guidance along the way.

It starts with an easy, online interview and there’s guidance and chat support on hand throughout the process to help you progress at your own pace. If your Will is complicated and you wish to pay for legal advice, you can ask Bequeathed to transfer your interview to one of their accredited firms of solicitors. The time you’ve spent answering the interview questions online, is time they don’t need to charge you for.

The detailed guidance throughout the process will help you to consider everything you need to think about when making a Will, and to identify any issues where expert legacy advice could be valuable. You don’t have to include a gift to Seafarers UK in your Will to use this free service, but we would be very grateful if you do. Find out more.

Make an appointment

If you would prefer to make an appointment to access free Will preparation and review and Power of Attorney services, you can do so with our partners McClure Solicitors, who have a network of offices throughout the UK. All you need to do is consider making a donation to help support Seafarers UK, but there is no obligation to do so.
