Congratulations to all our fantastic London Marathon 2019 runners!

Thank you for your great support and commitment to training over the past months, plus your amazing fundraising which continues as you bask in the glory of your achievement.

Registration for the Virgin Money London Marathon 2020 is now open! Seafarers UK have a number of charity places and we would love for you to join our team and raise funds to help people in the maritime community.

Our Support

As a marathon runner you will receive the full support of the Seafarers UK Fundraising Events Team, from registration right through to your celebratory post marathon reception. You will receive:

  • Fundraising pack
  • Personalised fundraising advice and information from the Fundraising Events Team
  • A crowd of supporters to cheer you on the day
  • A post-marathon reception with free refreshments, shower and massage

Part of a bigger challenge?

London Classics

The unique London Classics challenge requires participants to run the Virgin Money London Marathon, cycle 100 miles in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 and swim two miles at Swim Serpentine, the open water swimming festival.  All three events can be completed within the same or different years.

Everyone who completes this iconic trio of events receives a specially-designed London Classics medal engraved with the words: Et ego Londinium vici (“I too have conquered London”) and will be listed in the London Classics Hall of Fame.
