Seafarers UK celebrates its 100th anniversary
2017 marks 100 years since Seafarers UK was established. To celebrate its 100th anniversary the charity will be holding a range of commemorative events, including four special Centenary Celebration Dinners and a major conference to set a clear path for the future provision of charitable services to the maritime community.

Liverpool Centenary Celebration Dinner
The 'Liverpool Centenary Celebration Dinner' will be held at the Merseyside Maritime Museum in Liverpool. All funds raised on the night will be in support of the new accommodation and care wing being built at Mariners’ Park in Wallasey – a Seafarers UK Centenary project.

London Centenary Celebration Dinner
The ‘London Centenary Celebration Dinner’ will take place at Guildhall exactly one hundred years to the day since the first meeting took place in the City of London to discuss the formation of the charity. All funds raised on the night will be in support of Seafarers UK, including its three Centenary projects.

Bristol Centenary Celebration Dinner
The 'Bristol Centenary Celebration Dinner’, organised by Seafarers UK's Bristol Committee, will be held at the Bristol Mansion House.

The ‘Scotland Centenary Celebration Dinner’ is planned to take place in Glasgow in the Autumn of 2017. More details on the date and venue will be provided in the coming months.
