This is a key role to develop and implement an Individual Giving programme for Seafarers UK that maximises income for the organisation across cash, regular, lottery, payroll and In memory giving.
As part of our Individual Giving Team, you will be developing, targeting and assessing Direct Marketing campaigns with appropriate asks that engage both potential and existing donors, and stewarding donors with clear supporter journeys (aiming to reduce attrition, maximise lifetime value and create a positive supporter experience).
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing the Merchant Navy Fund Individual Giving campaigns, jointly branded between Merchant Navy Welfare Board (MNWB) and Seafarers UK.
